SpotemGottem was apprehended in Miami on Sunday night (June 26) after leading cops on a jet ski pursuit around Biscayne Bay. Officers accused the 20-year-old rapper of endangering people's lives and property during the chase, which began near the Miami Marine Stadium on Virginia Key. After spending the night in jail, SpotemGottem appeared in Miami-Dade County court on Monday (June 27). Despite the rapper's attorney telling Miami-Dade judge Mindy S. Glazer that her client lives in the Midtown neighborhood, Glazer decided to keep him at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center for at least another day.SpotemGottem was out on felony bail when he was detained again, according to Miami-County Jail records. Previous accusations include aggravated assault with a firearm and felon in possession of a handgun and ammunition. He is now facing allegations of running and eluding a law enforcement officer, as well as a dangerous boat operation. SpotemGottem was injured in a drive-by shooting in Florida in September, necessitating hospitalization. In an apparent road rage incident, his automobile was shot at least 22 times on the driver's side. SpotemGottem was wounded in both legs but recovered completely.
