Eminem is releasing another greatest hits collection that includes a previously unreleased song

Eminem has launched a new greatest hits package named Curtain Call 2 to coincide with the 20th-anniversary enhanced version of his The Eminem Show album. The new compilation, which is slated to be released on August 5, will include Eminem's newest song, the Snoop Dogg-assisted "From the D 2 the LBC," which has so far reached No. 72 on the Billboard Hot 100. Curtain Call 2 will feature songs from Eminem's albums since 2009's Relapse, including solo studio albums, guest appearances, and tunes from side projects. "The King and I (with CeeLo Green)," Eminem's Elvis soundtrack contribution, is also slated to feature on Curtain Call 2. Furthermore, the new greatest hits compilation will include an unreleased song that will be revealed in the following weeks.

The new collection is the rapper's second compilation, after 2005's Curtain Call: The Hits. Eminem has had six straight No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200 since the original Curtain Call, bringing his total to ten chart-topping albums. The Grammy winner also has a string of Hot 100 successes under his belt, including the No. 1 songs "The Monster (feat. Rihanna)," "Crack a Bottle (feat. 50 Cent & Dr. Dre)," and "Not Afraid." Music to be Murdered By, his most recent studio album, arrived at the top of the Billboard 200 in January 2020 and produced the top five songs "Godzilla (feat. Juice WRLD)" (No. 3). Curtain Call 2 will be available as a conventional release through Shady Records/Aftermath Entertainment/Interscope Records, as well as a limited edition box set via Eminem's official web store.
