The Compton native stunned the crowd during his headlining show on the third and final day of the annual Hip Hop festival at Hard Rock Stadium by bringing out the "Super Gremlin" rapper as a special guest.

For the first time, the pair performed their "Silent Hill" collaboration from Kendrick's latest album Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers together.

"Make some noise for my muthafucking n-gga, Kodak muthafucking Black," Kendrick encouraged the crowd after the duet as he embraced Kodak. "Love, love, love," answered the hometown hero.

Earlier that evening, Kodak Black performed a solo show on the main stage at Rolling Loud Miami. Due to his recent drug trafficking arrest, for which he was placed on house arrest, the 25-year-old was forced to wear a GPS ankle monitor while performing.

During his headline set, Kendrick Lamar played additional Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers songs including "N95," "Count Me Out," and "Savior," as well as hits from good kid, m.A.A.d city, To Pimp a Butterfly, and DAMN.

Baby Keem, another pgLang representative, joined him on stage to sing their smash duet "family connections," off Keem's 2021 debut album The Melodic Blue.

Kendrick's performance coincided with the start of his global Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers Tour in Oklahoma City last week. The massive 65-city tour continues on Wednesday in Tampa, Florida (July 27).

Fortunately for K. Dot, his gig was free of the audience turmoil that plagued Kid Cudi's headline act at Rolling Loud Miami on Friday (July 22). After being pelted with items, the Cleveland native, who was recruited in as a last-minute substitute for Kanye West (who still showed up), rushed off the stage.

Meanwhile, Future took center stage on Saturday night (July 23) and brought out Travis Scott as a surprise guest, despite allegations that he was barred from Rolling Loud following the death of ten people at his Astroworld in Houston last November.
