KANKAN, real name Keandrian Qynzel Jones, is a Dallas, Texas-based recording artist and producer best known for his frequent collaborations with Summers and Autumn/twinuzis, members of his Slayworld collective that also includes Izaya Tiji and Goonie. While KANKAN has only recently become famous, he had his first hit in 2017 when he produced Smokepurpp's viral hit Fuck a Swisher.
He has also produced for Duwap Kaine on Trust Issues, Lil Boom on multiple tracks, and Famous Dex. He didn't begin rapping until he met Summers and Autumn in 2017 and 2018, which led to his successful career. In 2021, KANKAN released two projects that catapulted him to fame: Oxy & Codeine and RR. Oxy & Codeine included the single Goin' To Hell, which has received over 2.3 million streams to date, and RR established himself as more than a singles artist, with every song on the 14 project album surpassing 100,000 streams.
