Akademiks had a violent incident with his girlfriend in Miami this week, which went viral. On Thursday (October 13), a video surfaced showing the media celebrity in a furious dispute with his spouse, allegedly after filming an edition of The Fresh and Fit Podcast.
Akademiks may be yelling at his girlfriend while clutching a Louis Vuitton bag that looks like hers. “Respect the game, n-gga!” he screamed. “Stop this shit! I’m the n-gga! After his partner confronted a red-haired lady standing behind Akademiks, the Off the Record host threw her against the wall and yelled in her face.
Ak's girlfriend grabbed his hat off and threw it back. "I'm the prize!" exclaimed the former Everyday Struggle star as she went to retrieve it.
His girlfriend then struck the redhead, causing a fight. "Stop it!" yelled Akademiks as he sought to break up the fight. Another lady entered the battle and helped the red-haired woman attack Akademiks' girlfriend. The video concludes with a bunch of security personnel intervening and separating the women.

After the video went viral, Akademiks hopped into The Shade Room's Instagram comments area to provide light on the situation.
After the women took photographs with him at a party, the podcaster claimed his partner was "drunk" and "aggressive" towards them.
“So I gotta type this again… I was breaking up a fight,” he wrote. “My girl was drunk and being aggressive wit other women cuz they were coming up to me in a party taking pics.
"One of the girls swung on her, and that's where this video starts I’m tryna get women to chill out. But they ain’t listening. They fighting over pics n shit.” That didn't stop the comments and jokes from pouring in on social media.
