Takeoff, a member of the rap group Migos, was killed in a shooting in Houston on Tuesday morning, shattering the hip-hop world.
Rappers and executives have flocked to Twitter to pay tribute to Takeoff, who helped produce some of the hip-biggest hop hit in the last decade, including "Bad and Boujee," "Stir Fry," "Walk It Talk It," and "MotorSport."
Takeoff was shot and died early Tuesday morning at a bowling alley in downtown Houston where he and Quavo, his uncle and Migos bandmate, were playing dice. Takeoff was declared dead at the scene, but Quavo escaped uninjured. Two more persons were shot and sent to the hospital.

Drake paid respect to the late rapper with a snapshot of the two sharing the stage in 2018 while co-headlining the Aubrey and the Three Migos Tour.
