Donald Trump, along with many other Americans, would obviously watch the Super Bowl, though he'll undoubtedly ignore Rihanna's halftime performance.
Rihanna has been one of Trump's strongest enemies since his election. She pointed out in 2018 that she was not on board with his government.
She submitted a stop and desist letter after they used "Don't Stop The Music" for a campaign rally during the midterms to prevent them from exploiting her music in the future. She also stated that she would not attend one of the "tragic rallies."

Over the years, she has kept making subtle comments at Trump. She also attacked his immigration attitude. She posted a picture of herself bound by other women, carrying a t-shirt that read "Immigrants" around the time he ordered the ICE deportations to be delayed. It's a subject close to her heart, – particularly as an immigrant herself.
“Wherever I go, except for Barbados, I’m an immigrant,” she stated during the launch of her second Fenty line. “But I think it’s important for people to remember, if you love me, everyone out here is just like me. A million Rihannas out there, getting treated like dirt.”
Republican Representative Ronny Jackson from Texas urged that Rihanna be removed from NFL halftime show for "bad-mouthing America," prompting other Republicans to join him.
“Rihanna spray painted “F### Donald Trump” on a car at the Cadillac Ranch in Amarillo, Texas. She’s made a career of spewing degenerate filth while badmouthing America every chance she gets. Why is the NFL showcasing this crap? Rihanna SHOULD NOT be the halftime performer!” he said on Truth Social.
