Nicki Minaj Reacts to Object Thrown Onstage
Nicki Minaj brought her electrifying Pink Friday 2 Tour to the stage at the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan, delivering a show-stopping performance filled with her iconic hits like “FTCU” and “Red Ruby Da Sleeze.

During the concert, which featured surprise appearances by Big Sean and Sada Baby, Minaj showcased her immense talent and stage presence. Big Sean treated the audience to memorable performances of hits like “Bounce Back” and “IDFWU,” while Sada Baby joined Minaj for an energetic rendition of their 2020 remix of “Whole Lotta Choppas.”
However, the night took a surprising turn when an unexpected incident occurred towards the end of Minaj's performance of “Starships.” As she neared the end of the catwalk, an unidentified object, resembling a bracelet, was hurled towards the stage, narrowly missing Minaj's face and landing on the stage floor.

Without missing a beat, Minaj swiftly grabbed the object and threw it back in the direction it came from, displaying her quick reflexes and no-nonsense attitude in the face of adversity.

The incident at Gag City Detroit serves as a reminder of the concerning trend of audience members throwing objects at performers during live shows.

Last year, several artists experienced similar incidents, including Bebe Rexha, who sustained an eye injury after a fan threw a cell phone at her during a concert in New York City.

Similarly, Glo Rilla was targeted by fans throwing water bottles at her during a festival performance in Sweden, while Cardi B famously retaliated against a fan who threw a drink at her mid-performance in Las Vegas.

Fortunately, Minaj emerged unharmed from the incident, and the show continued without further disruption. However, the incident serves as a reminder of the need for concertgoers to respect performers and refrain from engaging in dangerous behavior that can put artists at risk.
