Kendrick Lamar Keeps the Heat Coming with "Not Like Us": Another Drake Diss Track
Kendrick Lamar escalated his ongoing musical feud with Drake by unveiling "Not Like Us," his third diss track within just 36 hours, on Saturday evening.
The song was uploaded to Lamar's official YouTube channel, confirming its authenticity in a time when deepfake technology is prevalent. The visuals feature an aerial shot of Drake's mansion outside Toronto.
With a simple keyboard loop as its backdrop, "Not Like Us" showcases Lamar adopting a comically exaggerated Southern accent.
The song kicks off with him whispering, "Pssst: I see dead people," before launching into a barrage of personal attacks aimed at Drake.
Lamar wastes no time addressing Drake's controversial remarks about dating younger women, quipping:
Say Drake, I hear you like 'em young / You better not have to go to Cell Block One.He then takes aim at the title of Drake's 2021 album, "Certified Lover Boy," dubbing him a "Certified ped*phile" before delivering a musical pun about trolling and striking a chord.”

Towards the end of the song, Lamar shifts focus to Atlanta, drawing connections to the city and referencing Drake's appearance on Donald Glover's TV series.
He concludes with a jab at Drake's hit song "God's Plan," suggesting that Drake flees to Atlanta when in need of money and branding him a "colonizer." Lamar's diss track fades out with a female chorus chanting "O-vee-ho," a playful twist on Drake's OVO brand, and mocking his song "Toosie Slide."
In a whirlwind 36-hour period, Lamar unleashed a flurry of diss tracks. It all began with "6:16 in LA" on Friday morning, followed by Drake's response track "Family Matters" and Lamar's counter "Meet the Grahams" on Friday evening.
The feud between the two rappers shows no signs of cooling down, with each exchange igniting further speculation and anticipation among fans.
