Metro Boomin isn't showing any signs of backing down in his ongoing feud with Drake.

Amidst the heated exchange of diss tracks between Kendrick Lamar and Drake, Metro Boomin, the 30-year-old producer, made his presence felt with a surprise release late Saturday night.

His new track, "BBL Drizzy," adds another layer to the already intense rap wars of 2024.

Interestingly, "BBL Drizzy" seems to be inspired by a parody song of the same name created by comedian and self-proclaimed AI storyteller, King Willonius.

The original version of the song surfaced on YouTube on April 19, shortly after the leaked release of Drake's "Push Ups" and Rick Ross's "Champagne Moments."

Metro Boomin took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to share a Soundcloud link to his reworked version of "BBL Drizzy" and announced a giveaway.

He offered a free beat to the artist who delivered the best verse over the track, encouraging participants to upload their songs with the hashtag #bbldrizzybeatgiveaway.

Before unveiling the giveaway, Metro Boomin unleashed a series of tweets aimed at Drake, criticizing various aspects of the Canadian rapper's persona.

This included references to Drake's controversial photoshoot in blackface and accusations of homophobic behavior based on Drake's painted nails and past skits.

In one tweet, Metro Boomin alleged that Drake attempted to block the radio play of "Like That," a collaboration with Future and Kendrick Lamar. This claim echoes Lamar's mention of a cease and desist in his track "Euphoria."

The exchange didn't go unnoticed, with DJ Akademiks sharing screenshots of Metro Boomin's tweets on Instagram. Drake responded with a simple question, "You just cheffed a beat about my a*s?"

Drake Reacts to Metro Boomin's 'BBL Drizzy' Diss Beat:

Metro Boomin concluded his Twitter spree by challenging Drake to make another song filled with lies, implying that there are undisclosed reasons for their strained relationship.

Meanwhile, Drake remained active on the music front, releasing "Family Matters" in response to Kendrick's "Euphoria," while Kendrick dropped "Meet the Grahams" and "Not Like Us" in quick succession over the weekend.

As tensions continue to escalate, fans are eagerly awaiting the next moves from these heavyweight contenders in the rap arena.
