A$AP Rocky Insists Feud with Drake Is ‘Kitty Sh*t,’ Focuses on Bigger Issues: : ‘I Got Bigger Fish to Fry’

A$AP Rocky Dismisses Feud with Drake, Claims He’s Focused on Bigger Matters

ASAP Rocky Downplays Drake Feud, Focuses on Bigger Issues

A$AP Rocky recently made it clear that he's not interested in engaging in a lyrical feud with Drake

In a candid interview with Billboard, the Harlem rapper emphasized that his issues with the Toronto superstar are insignificant compared to more pressing matters in his life.

ASAP Rocky Breaks Silence On Drake Beef:

Rocky addressed the situation head-on, stating:

"You got to realize, certain n****s was throwing shots for years, I ain't in the middle of that shit. That's not how I retaliate right now. I got bigger fish to fry than some pussy boys. It is real beef outside. It is real. N****s getting really clipped and blitzed every day. N****s sniping n****s every day. That little kitty shit ain’t about nothing."

These comments come nearly a year after Drake appeared to target Rocky in the track "Fear of Heights" from his album "For All The Dogs."

Fans speculated that Drake’s lyrics were a direct jab at Rocky and his long-time partner, Rihanna

The tension between the two rappers seemed to escalate into 2024, particularly after Rocky’s feature on Kid Cudi's song "Wow," where he subtly questioned why someone was "causing a scene" and made a cryptic reference to the "mandrake" plant.

In addition, listeners suspected that Rocky may have taken more shots at Drake on Future and Metro Boomin's track "Show of Hands," where he allegedly hinted at an encounter with Drake’s ex, Sophie Brussaux.

This back-and-forth continued with Drake seemingly responding in "Family Matters," followed by Rocky’s "Highjack," a track that many believe includes several subliminal jabs aimed at Drake.

Despite the ongoing speculation, Rocky remains unfazed by the rumored tension. His upcoming album, "Don’t Be Done", set for release on August 30, is expected to feature "Highjack" and possibly more insights into his thoughts on the matter.

However, Rocky’s focus seems to be on more substantial issues, rather than getting caught up in trivial disputes.

In the grand scheme of things, Rocky views the so-called beef as nothing more than "kitty sh*t"—a distraction from the real challenges in the world.

His priorities are clear: there’s more at stake than exchanging diss tracks, and he’s choosing to focus on what truly matters.
