“Is it se* trafficking? Not if everybody wants to be there, We are not better off if the federal government comes into our bedrooms. They don’t do good there. That’s what they’re doing. They’re coming into Mr. Combs’ bedroom.”
Agnifilo stated, questioning the need for federal intervention in what he views as personal matters.
Judge Robyn Tarnofsky ultimately decided to deny bail, citing “very significant concerns” regarding Combs' substance abuse and “apparent anger issues.”
Tarnofsky expressed doubt that alternative measures would be adequate, given the nature of the alleged offenses occurring behind closed doors.
