50 Cent recently raised eyebrows by questioning "Nicki Minaj’s position" on the list of highest-grossing hip hop tours. 

The ranking, compiled by Complex, listed some of the most successful hip-hop tours based on their massive ticket sales, sparking debate within the rap community.

At the top of the list, "Drake" claimed the number one spot with his "It’s All a Blur" Tour, which brought in an astounding $320 million, securing his status as the biggest earner of the year. 

Close behind, "Travis Scott" landed second with his "Circus Maximus" Tour, raking in $154 million. Meanwhile, "Kendrick Lamar" took the third position after generating $110 million from his "Big Steppers" Tour.

The real controversy, however, emerged in the race for the fourth spot. According to the report, both "Nicki Minaj" and "50 Cent" pulled in an impressive $108 million from their global tours. 

The close figures sparked confusion, with 50 Cent taking to "Instagram" to question the numbers.

In his post, 50 Cent expressed his doubts:

“I don’t know where they got these numbers from but they are wrong @nickiminaj would be in the 3rd slot. She worked hard as a mother man don’t do that. She did 2 legs on the Gagg city tour.”

His comment not only defended Nicki’s work ethic but also suggested her earnings were undervalued compared to her male counterparts.

Nicki Minaj herself didn’t shy away from the discussion. The Queen of Rap took to X, responding to the situation with a simple but direct message:

"Show me the data."

The figures in question were provided by "Touring Data", a reputable source for concert revenue statistics. 

According to their report, Nicki’s "Pink Friday 2 World Tour" grossed $108.8 million, with 786,840 tickets sold across 70 shows.

As the debate unfolds, fans of both artists are left wondering if these figures truly reflect the hard work and dedication Nicki Minaj put into her tour. 

For now, it remains a topic of heated discussion in the rap world, with 50 Cent standing firmly by Nicki’s side.
