Young Thug’s Brother Denies Snitching In YSL RICO Case After Taking Plea Deal – WhatsOnRap

Young Thug‘s brother is attempting to deny claims of snitching after accepting a plea deal and being released from jail.

“Damn people really think I told on my own brother smh,” he wrote. “show me in the paper work I told on anybody lol, I’m not even fenna entertain any of it, peace and blessings,” Unfoonk, posted on Instagram Story.

A lot of factors must be met as part of Unfoonk’s plea agreement. He must serve 750 hours of community service, is not permitted to carry a gun or engage in any illegal actions, has a curfew of 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., and is not allowed to contact Thug or any other co-defendants in the indictment until the matter is resolved.

Furthermore, he must testify if called upon, but he has the ability to use his Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination. Unfoonk is one of five defendants in the YSL RICO case who have accepted a plea agreement.
