Chief Keef Faces $10K Bench Warrant After Missing DUI Court Hearing – WhatsOnRap

According to TMZ, a California judge issued a warrant for Chicago drill pioneer Chief Keef once he failed to show up in court for a DUI case.

According to the report, Keef, whose real name is Keith Cozart, did not appear in court on Wednesday, so the judge issued a $10,000 bench warrant.

Since he was charged with DUI in June of last year, he has been plagued by legal issues, including an outstanding bench warrant for failing to appear in court.

When authorities pulled him over for a routine traffic stop last month, they discovered he was driving on a suspended license, which is when they uncovered the warrant for the DUI case, in which he was detained and released without bond.

Keef was supposed to appear in court yesterday (November 2), but he didn’t, which resulted in this fresh bench warrant.

Keef’s team has yet to reply to the arrest warrant. This story will be updated when new information becomes available.
