Lil Baby has revealed whether or not he has a beef with the Migos. The Atlanta rapper is continuing to promote his new album It’s Only Me. Lil Baby was a guest on the Posted on the Corner podcast on Tuesday (October 18). During the interview, the “In a Minute” rhymer was questioned if the supposed animosity between himself and the Migos was true.
Hell nah,” Lil Baby reacted at the interview when asked if he had issues with Quavo, Takeoff and Offset. “I been wanting to comment on that type stuff but when I comment on something it just make it bigger. First of all, I really don’t see shit on the internet. People send me shit and I want to comment but I feel like that gon’ to make it even more…But they know I ain’t got nothing going on with them.”
Allegations of feud involving Lil Baby and the Migos camp have been surfacing on social media in the aftermath of the release of the new Quavo and Takeoff record and Lil Baby‘s new album, with both sides allegedly dissing one other on tracks on the projects.
Quavo appears to suggest Saweetie slept with his friend on the Only Built for Infinity Links album cut “Messy,” with many people assuming that friend was Lil Baby. It’s also possible that Lil Baby addressed Quavo’s remarks in his new song “Stand on It,” where he raps, “I don’t want your bitch, we can’t swap out (Swap out)/They ain’t on shit, tell ’em to pop out (Pop out).” Migos have recently dealt with their own internal challenges. Despite the fact that they haven’t announced a formal split, it’s evident that Offset is focused on his solo career while Quavo and Takeoff have gone the duo path.
