Marvel and Eminem Linked up for a Special Edition Spiderman Comic – WhatsOnRap

Amazing Spider-Man #1 (Legacy #895) was initially released in April, but now it comes with a limited edition variant cover that will be sold through Eminem.com, as Marshall reveals on his social media:

According to Paul Rosenberg, the concept came from The Haul, a company that combines the worlds of comics with real-life popular culture. They brought The Notorious B.I.G. to the Deadpool cover and football star Saquon Barkley to the Black Panther cover, for example. Marshall, according to Paul, did not hesitate to consent:

Salvador Larroca and Edgar Delgado designed the alternate cover. This is Larocca’s second time working on the Eminem project. In 2009, he was a part of a unique collaboration between Marvel Comics and the hip-hop magazine XXL called “Eminem and the Punisher.” There have never been any reprints or digital copies of this project. As well as the second issue of a planned two-part mini-series.
