Lil Nas X‘s Atlanta gig at the Coca-Cola Roxy was cut short last Tuesday (Sept. 27) due to a restroom issue. The Grammy Award-winning rapper was on stage on his Long Live Montero Tour when he unexpectedly rushed backstage to relieve himself. Nas X assured the fans that he will be returning in “a minute or two” while pooping backstage in a tape shared on Thursday (Sept. 29) through @LNXNews, a Lil Nas X fan account on Twitter.
“I’m backstage, and this is not part of the show, but I’m taking a mean shit, so please forgive me,” he said on the video, which was captured by a member of the crowd. “But I’m gon’ be likeย a minute or two and I’ll be right back.”

The crowd didn’t appear to mind, as they burst out laughing at Nas X‘s openness while he completed his business backstage. There’s no indication of what the “Panini” rapper ate to get the bubble guts.
The following day, Lil Nas X reacted on Twitter, assuring his followers that he was truly dropping craps backstage.
“[L]mao people really thought I was joking,” he joked. “I was literally back there dropping demons into that toilet.”
Whilst Lil Nas X might have been ashamed that he had to take poop backstage during his performance, it’s encouraging to watch the audience take his toilet break in stride.
